Students who would thrive fall into a number of different categories: there are those who are academically strong; there are those who have a defined interest and passion for some STEM-based activity or area of interest; there are those who would benefit from the kind of experiential, hands-on approach that is our learning model; and there are those who have an enquiring and inquisitive mind.
We accept students:
• With social and learning differences, including autism.
• Who have achieved at least a B average in STEM related classes, or have significantly demonstrated skills in a STEM related area.
• Who can benefit from an experiential, hands-on, problem-solving approach to learning
Entry requirements - Students will be predominately on the autism spectrum, a B or better in STEM related classes, or have significant skills in a STEM related area, and have a teacher recommendation.
